What counts as a case study
A case study ties a measurable or operationally visible outcome to scope, constraints, and what shipped. If you cannot trace the headline to a workflow, integration, or product behavior, it does not belong in this section.
We prefer fewer stories with enough detail to judge fit over a long list of logos with vague superlatives.
Standard structure
Context — who the program or business was, and what “good” meant in their environment.
Constraints — regulation, privacy, market variance, or policy limits that bound what software could influence.
Approach — how discovery became systems: queues, integrations, review gates, AI only where it earned trust.
Outcomes — numbers when we can publish them, plus operational signals (throughput, rework, cycle time) when that is the honest story.
Metrics and caveats
We say when results depend on channels, seasonality, program rules, or execution outside our engagement. If a metric is impressive but fragile, we say that too.
Comparisons to prior baselines are described in plain language so operators—not only executives—can sanity-check the claim.
Privacy and client boundaries
Some programs cannot expose names, datasets, or screenshots. We still publish enough to explain the pattern: intake volume, workflow shape, and accountability model.
When detail is limited, we point to adjacent public hubs (e.g. systems pages) where architecture and product surface are described generically.
How we use this with prospects
Expect a short workflow review before we promise a parallel outcome. We match patterns—intake at scale, commerce operations, supplier compliance—not copy-paste features from one client to another.
