Calls are 30 minutes. If the conversation warrants more depth, we schedule a follow-up scoping session separately.

Just a clear sense of the problem: what process is painful, how many people it involves, and what a better outcome looks like. The more specific you can be, the more useful the call will be. No documents or decks required.

Does AUOTAM work with clients outside the US?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AUOTAM works with clients internationally. Calls are scheduled in Eastern Time by default, but we accommodate other time zones on request.
