AUOTAM offers a comprehensive suite of services across four core areas: Consulting & Strategy, Design & Development, Marketing & Advertising, and Branding & Positioning. The specific sub-services offered within each category may evolve, and it is your responsibility to confirm the current offerings with us directly.

• Consulting & Strategy: Business strategy consulting, marketing strategy development, digital transformation, market research, and strategic planning.
• Design & Development: Website design and development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, graphic design, logo design, and brand identity creation.
• Marketing & Advertising: Digital marketing, traditional advertising, lead generation, campaign management, and analytics.
• Branding & Positioning: Brand strategy, brand messaging, positioning, and rebranding.

2. User Responsibilities:

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when requested.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use our services lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
• Intellectual Property: You must not infringe any intellectual property rights of AUOTAM or third parties.
• Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any sensitive information provided.
• Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with AUOTAM by providing timely feedback, approvals, and resources.

3. Payment Terms:

• Pricing: Pricing for services will be specified in proposals, agreements, or invoices. Prices may change at AUOTAM’s discretion.
• Invoicing: Invoices are issued based on the mutually agreed payment schedule.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise using credit or debit cards.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
• Taxes: All fees exclude applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice.

4. Cancelation & Refund Policy:

• Refund & Cancelation Requests: Refunds and cancelations must be requested in writing within 24 hours of processing the payment.
• After 24 Hours: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once 24 hours have passed. The order, service, or product will then be delivered as agreed.
• Processing: Refunds requested within the eligible window will be reviewed and, if approved, processed by AUOTAM’s billing team. Processing times may vary based on payment method and provider.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:

• AUOTAM’s Intellectual Property: All website content, including text, graphics, and code, is owned by AUOTAM.
• Client’s Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of intellectual property you supply.
• Deliverables: Ownership of deliverables transfers upon full payment, excluding pre-existing components. AUOTAM may display such work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of engagement.
• This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties:

• AUOTAM provides its services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee specific results such as increased leads, sales, or performance improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• AUOTAM’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination:

• By AUOTAM: We may suspend or terminate access to services at any time upon written notice.
• By You: You may terminate these Terms with 30 days’ written notice.
• Effect of Termination: All outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

10. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

11. Dispute Resolution:

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Greater Noida, India.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• AUOTAM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Entire Agreement:

• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AUOTAM.
